Terms of service

These are the basic terms for working with Map Pack Studio (Mason Marin, Reno, Nevada). Your written proposal or invoice lists the specific scope and price, and it takes priority if anything differs.
Plans and pricing
- Website, one-time: $500. You own the finished site. Optional hosting and small edits are $25/mo.
- Website, monthly: $59/mo, $0 down, with a 12-month minimum. After 12 months, cancel anytime.
- More booked jobs bundle: $347/mo, month to month, website included. Cancel anytime.
- Founding client offer: the first 3 clients get 50% off for 3 months in exchange for an honest testimonial on this website, which will disclose the discount. It never involves Google reviews.
Payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; there are no partial-month refunds unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your content and accounts
You confirm you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you give me. You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile and other accounts; I'm added as a manager, never by sharing your password, and you can remove my access anytime.
Results
I'll do careful, honest work, but nobody controls Google's rankings, so I can't guarantee a particular ranking, number of calls or revenue.
